JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No.291/2019, registered under Sections 30(a) and 41(i)(ii) Bihar Prohibition Liquor and Excise Act, 2016. There is recovery of more than 42 litres of liquor. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence rather he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 07.11.2019, charge sheet has been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Heard learned APP also.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
