JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-03-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 633 of 2018, dated 03.11.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 196, 197, 198, 199 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that by furnishing forged and fabricated educational certificates, the

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has been teaching in the concerned school since 2006 and without there being any enquiry or notice to the petitioner, her educational certificates have been held to be forged and fabricated. It has further been submitted that under similar circumstances, many other teachers, whose certificates were not found to be genuine, have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has been teaching since 2006 in an up-graded Middle school and the fact that she is a lady, who is ready to participate in the investigation, this Court deems it appropriate to grant anticipatory bail to her.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16444 of 2019(2) dt.15-03-2019 3/3 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 633 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
