The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chapra (M) P. S. Case No. 657 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 37(b) (c), 40(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. He does not deserve anticipatory bail. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgement of the Full Bench of this Court in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8697 of 2022(2) dt.25-03-2022 2/2 case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)].
