The petitioner had filed the application alleging non compliance of the order dated 17.03.2016 passed in CWJC No. 11227 of 2015, by which there was a direction to the authorities to ensure actual payment in terms of the order of the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Bhojpur dated 15.03.2016.
3. In the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 4, materials have been brought on record showing
Patna High Court MJC No.2938 of 2016 dt.24-07-2019 2/2 compliance of the order by making payment to the petitioner which he has also received on 03.07.2017.
4. Copy of the show cause was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 06.07.2017. In the aforesaid background, especially, when nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, coupled with the fact that there is no rejoinder to the statements made in the show cause, the Court can presume that the order of the writ Court has been complied with.
