2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per prosecution case, these petitioners used to get the group loan sanctioned in the name of daily wage labours and misappropriated the loan amount by withdrawing the same
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13549 of 2026(4) dt.14-07-2026 2/3 from their account. It is alleged that these petitioners misappropriated Rs. 50,000/- of the informant.
4. Without admitting the guilt, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are ready to pay the alleged amount of Rs. 50,000/- in installments.

Considering the aforesaid contention made on behalf of the petitioners, this anticipatory bail is provisionally allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on provisional bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur in connection with G.R. No. 2008 of 2024 arising out of Madhepur P. S. Case No. 189 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita with direction to the petitioners that :- (i) Petitioners shall refund Rs. 30,000/- (Rs. Thirty Thousand) through Bank Draft to the informant at the time of furnishing bail-bond and thereafter, rest amount i.e., Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) within two months thereafter through Bank Draft to the informant, failing which, the learned
