2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhaura P.S. Case No. 62 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The deceased is alleged to have been killed by the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including the present petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that other co-accused have been granted bail.

5. During investigation it has come in the self inculpatory statement of the petitioner and others that they have brutally killed the deceased by stabbing him in his stomach. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8573 of 2025(4) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 post-mortem report supports the brutal killing of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2024.

6. Considering the self inculpatory statement of the petitioner and committing of murder of the deceased in such a brutal manner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
