The petitioner is accused in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 473 of 2013 registered under sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Danapur.

The allegation of informant is of killing of her daughter Renu Devi by causing burn injury for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and also disposed of the dead body by her husband and in-laws' family members.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, the deceased was issueless and due to mental depression, she herself committed suicide. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23028 of 2015 (3) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 Admittedly, the deceased, daughter of the informant, died at her Sasural within 7 years of her marriage. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is rejected.
