The case has been registered under Sections 399 and 402 Indian Penal Code. There was a recovery of some arms from the petitioner for which a separate offence under the appropriate Sections of the Arms Act has been registered. Submission is that the petitioner and other persons might have prepared themselves to commit more serious an offence than dacoity.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.7,000/-(seven thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K.Ratan, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Araria in Bhargama P.S.Case No.39 of 2014.
