Petitioner is accused in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 197 of 2014 registered under Sections 302 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of fardebyan of informant Shambhu Yadav, Khodawnandpur P.S. Case No. 197 of 2014 was instituted against unknown for committing murder of brother of the informant, Ashok Yadav. In course of investigation, only suspicion was raised against the petitioner and others on the ground that the petitioner and others were seen near the place of occurrence. Thereafter, the Police got recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner showing his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48168 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 involvement in the case. It is also submitted that petitioner is accused in four other cases, as detailed in paragraph no.3, but in all cases, he is only bail. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 197 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
