Two vehicles were seized out of which, from one vehicle 24 litres of beer and from another 120 litres of beer were seized. The petitioner along with seven occupants were apprehended while one namely, Vickey Kumar managed to escape.

From para 3 of the petition it is evident that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 11.11.2019.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Ranjit Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
