JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Bihar Public Works Contract Disputes Arbitral Tribunal, Patna.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn and in case, the petitioner approaches the said tribunal within a period of four weeks from today, the learned tribunal would adjudicate upon the same and dispose of the reference of the petitioner on merits.
