1. At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order dated 16.02.2024, passed by the Ld. Sub Judge-1st, Civil Court, Aurangabad in Misc. Case No.12 of 2023 (arising out of T.S. (Partition) Case No.45/88), the private respondents no.4 and 5 have preferred an appeal bearing Appeal No.29 of 2024, before the Ld. Court of

Patna High Court CWJC No.3645 of 2024(2) dt.15-01-2025 2/2 Additional District and Sessions Judge-IX, Aurangabad, hence the same be directed to be expedited. It is directed accordingly.
