Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

400 gram of ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Submission is that the recovered quantity is not commercial quantity. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.12.2018. Investigation of the case is complete against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below
