2. The present application has been preferred: "for initiating a contempt proceeding against the Opposite Parties, who have willfully and deliberately committed violation of the order dated 07.10.2020 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Madhuresh Prasad in CWJC No. 16930 of 2019."

3. Learned counsel appearing for LNMU has took this Court to the recent order passed by the Registrar dated 06.02.2023 which shows that he has been paid the entire amount of gratuity, earned leave and pension arrear from 01.04.2016 to 31.05.2022. The order also shows that all the claims of the petitioner stands settled.

4. If the petitioner still has any grievance, he can agitate the matter afresh.

5. Granting said liberty, the MJC No. 680 of 2021 stands disposed of.
