JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as Mr. S.S. Sundram appearing on behalf of the Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Veterinary College, Patna.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that against the unfilled posts out of 34540 post of the Assistant Teacher, the Commission has advertised and proceeded for finalization of the list.
Mr. S.S. Sundram submits that in response to advertisement, the petitioner may approach and file his objection
Patna High Court CWJC No.314 of 2017 (2) dt.01-12-2017 2/2 before the respondent no.4 and in case he files his objection, his case may be considered objectively alongwith the other candidates.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file objection before the respondent no.4 for appointment in terms of advertisement and respondent no.4 will consider the objection of the petitioner objectively alongwith other eligible candidates. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the claim of the petitioner. With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U
