The occasion to assert the right of these petitioners, looking for some kind of pay parity on the basis of Annexure-6, dated 25.03.2015, is lurking, round the corner. No sooner the State of Bihar constitutes a committee to examine implementation of the 7th Pay Revision Committee recommendation of Central Government, many government servants, including the present
Patna High Court CWJC No.11199 of 2016 dt.16-08-2016 2/2 petitioners will get an opportunity to place their grievances before the said committee. There may not be an occasion for this Court, therefore, to examine the grievance raised in the present writ application, looking for similar kind of pay at par with Accounts Clerk, since 1986, which relates to the 4th Pay Revision Committee. Writ application stands disposed off with observation as above.
