2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The informant alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner surrounded her husband and devar and fired indiscriminately, as a result of which, both of them sustained fire-arm injures and died in course of treatment.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
