ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 25-04-2023 Counsel for the petitioner submits that office has pointed out the defect relating to name of father as well as the self name of the petitioner. Counsel submits that he has described the petitioner's name as per Addhar Card. In this view of the matter, the defect pointed out by the office is hereby ignored.

Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. Counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be given to him to represent the Superintendent of Police, Saran at

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.317 of 2023(2) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 Chapra (respondent no. 2) within four weeks in the light of the order passed by the coordinate Bench in Cr.W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh Vrs. State of Bihar & Ors.) and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022.

The petitioner is directed to file his representation for his grievances before the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra (respondent no. 2) and the Senior Superintendent of Police is directed to do the needful in accordance the directions given in the above mentioned case and do all needful. With this observation, this criminal writ petition is disposed off.
