JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that they purchased food-grains

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48784 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 2 / 2 from landlords in whose names the land do not exist. The petitioner of Cr. Misc. No. 48784 of 2015 submits that in enquiry it transpires that the land in fact exist in the name of his ancestors.

In this view of the matter, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar in connection with Obra P.S. Case no. 63 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) Cr.P.C. with the condition that if cognizance is taken in the case, the petitioners would co-operate in the trial and will not absent without valid reason.
