Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the 03.03.2015.

State.

Petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Penal Code lodged against unknown. He has been apprehended in the case in the light of the statement of the witnesses recorded in Paragraph 194 of the case diary, may be after a delay of two months. The case having been registered against unknown, Investigating Agency has taken its own time to reach to the accused.

In the circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail in view of his antecedent. His Prayer for bail is, accordingly, rejected. As petitioner is in jail custody for about 10 months, let A.C.J.M., Munger ensure supply of police paper to him and commit the case (Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014) to the court
