JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 16-07-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical error in paragraph 1 of the petition with regard to registration number of the vehicle, it has been wrongly recorded in the order dated 25.04.2018 as the Reg. No. BRB2J-5966 whereas the correct registration number as appearing from Annexure-2 of the application is BR 32T-5966. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the above said typographical error may be corrected and seeks permission to make necessary correction in the body of the petition. Permission is accorded.

Let in the order dated 25.04.2018 "Reg. No. BR-B2J-

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.504 of 2018(3) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 5966" be read as "Reg. No. BR-32T-5966" and rest order shall remain intact.

The order dated 25.04.2018 is modified to the extent indicated above.
