JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Shahkhund P.S. Case No. 174 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341/323/354(B)/385/379/447/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant case was registered after six days of the incident of alleged attempt to outrage modesty.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and FIR was lodged after six days of the incident, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
