Case No. 128 of 2019 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is an allegation of recovery of one bag containing, a bunch of key, currency note of Rs.500/- from the possession of the petitioner when he was going on a platform. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only on suspicion he has been arrested having no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for more than 3 months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five
