Also, the Advocates and the Staffs joined the proceedings through Video Conferencing from their residences/offices.) 09-12-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) To direct the concerned Respondents to take urgent administrative steps required for opening of the Steel Processing Unit (S.P.U) at Mahnar District- Vaishali, State Bihar for which foundation stone was laid way
Patna High Court CWJC No.2541 of 2022(4) dt.09-12-2022 2/3 back in April 2008 and for which 50 acres of land was acquired in March 2008 but till-date no step has been taken required for opening of the said Steel Processing Unit (S.P.U) at Mahnar, District-Vaishali.
(ii) To direct the concerned respondents to take appropriate administrative measures required for land filing of the said acquired land urgently as its opening is urgently required for the purpose of providing employment to the local people and thus to stop large scale migration of the local people who migrate to other places and States in search of employment.
(iii) To direct the concerned respondents to take any such other measure/s required for the opening of the Steel processing Unit (S.P.U) at Mahnar, District- Vaishali in a time bound frame."
After the matter was heard for some time, finding the Bench not to be in favour of the submission made across the Bar, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petition, in its present form, may be permitted to be withdrawn reserving liberty to file afresh with better particulars on the same and subsequent cause of action, if so required and desired.
Prayer allowed.
Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2541 of 2022(4) dt.09-12-2022 3/3 liberty aforesaid.
As and when such petition is filed, registry shall process it immediately and have it listed before the appropriate Court.
Also liberty reserved to the petitioner to take recourse to such other remedies as are otherwise available in accordance with law.
Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
