JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2025 The direction of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 13662 of 2024, dated 10.09.2024, is to dispose the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months.

2. Learned counsel for the University submits that in compliance of the aforesaid order, the representation of the petitioner has been disposed by a speaking order dated 27.11.2025 which has been annexed at Annexure R/1 to the supplementary show-cause.

3. Mr. Shubh Narain Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the speaking order, various factors have not been considered and the disposal is without application of mind.

4. Be that as it may, the order of the Court has been complied. Accordingly, no contempt is made out. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the speaking order dated 27.11.2025 before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
