Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner, who is languishing in custody, seeks bail in a case registered under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is solitary named accused in this case on being apprehended subsequent to taking away mobile and other connected things of the informant, who could be able to apprehend on suspicion and then produced said stolen articles before the police. Submission is of false implication in a petty dispute relating to queue for purchasing tickets. Further petitioner carries no criminal antecedents.

If it is so, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
