JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased who made a dying declaration, stating therein that the petitioner and some other in-laws, poured Kerosene Oil on her and it was husband of the deceased, who lit fire on her body. Moreover, coaccused namely, Mamta Devi who appears to be Gotani of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 751 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
