====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 18-08-2023 Both the learned counsels have consented that the writ petition may be disposed of with directions to the Commissioner to decide the revision pending before it since 2021.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has taken several grounds before the Commissioner and he may be directed to consider the revision petition on merits duly taking into consideration the grounds raised.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents does not object

Patna High Court CWJC No.2243 of 2023(3) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 for the same.

4. Keeping in view the fact that the revision petition is pending since 2021 for adjudication, it is deemed appropriate to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the Commissioner to decide the revision petition as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

5. Needless to observe that before passing any order reasonable opportunity of hearing may be provided to both the parties and pass a speaking order.

6. With the said observation, the writ petition is accordingly disposed off.
