The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 166 of 2014 under Section 307, 354 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner entered into house of the informant to outrage the modesty of his wife. On protest other accused persons assaulted the persons with Iron rods and bricks. It is submitted that the informant got simple injuries. The petitioner is cousin of the informant and on account of some family dispute the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case and he is rotting in jail since 20.09.2014.
