In the present writ petition, the petitioners seek

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1048 of 2015 (2) dt.27-11-2015 2 / 2 quashing of the first information report of Saraiya P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 380, 435 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations made in the FIR do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence.
