One mobile each, is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of petitioners for which, petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 23-05-2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Patna Rail P.S.
