JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of Writ in nature of Mandamus, commanding the Respondents No.2 to 6 to provide police force to Respondent No.7 and commanding Respondent No.7 to start constriction of community Hall and work-shed for entire population of Village of Mahadalit in Manikpur Panchayat which are not being constructed due to illegal force, being used by member of one family both sons

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
