The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 329 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379, 353, 332, 337, 427 and 431 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. They are only members of the mob. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.18654 of 2021(2) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Patna City, Patna in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 329 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
