JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Dhanrua P.S. Case No. 446 of 2019 for offences under Sections 354(B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. which indicates that no overt act was done by this petitioner.

Considering the statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on
