The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P. S. Case No. 634 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 32 (ii) (iii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. The recovery is from the house of the petitioner. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgement of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8704 of 2022(2) dt.25-03-2022 2/2 [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)].
