The petitioner is accused in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 214 of 2014 registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 and 120(B) of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna.

The accusation is that current account was opened in the name of Relax Tour Packages by the petitioner, in which total amount of Rs. 8,60,000/- was fraudulently transferred by two cheques.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact, the name of petitioner is Md. Salim Usman Sayyaed and he was apprehended by the Police in Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 601 of 2014 and thereafter, the petitioner was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24231 of 2015 (3) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 remanded in his alias name Yash Vardhan, Proprietor, Relax Tour Packages. Petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2014. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is rejected.
