2. The petitioner seeks bail in Nanpur P.S. Case No. 408 of 2025 registered for an offence under Section 394 IPC.

3. The informant lodged information with the allegation that his motorcycle was snatched by four unnamed persons. They snatched and attempted to attack him with knife, took away his goods and even assaulted him. The name of the petitioner transpired during investigation. The motorcycle was recovered pursuant to the confession of the petitioner. Nothing is left in the case which would prevent conviction of the petitioner.

4. Considering that the motorcycle was recovered pursuant to the confession of the petitioner, this court is not

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
