Heard learned counsels for respective parties. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of a writ of induces or any other appropriate writ order/orders direction directions commanding upon the respondents authority to continue service and give salary the petitioner from February, 2019.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6428 of 2020 dt.17-12-2021 2/2 (ii) To any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found to entitled in the facts and circumstances."

In support of petitioner's relief, he has submitted two representations dated 07.08.2019 and 02.12.22019 (Annexure-5 and 6).

The concerned respondent is hereby directed to take a decision on petitioner's grievance stated in the representation and pass a speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the petitioner is entitled to litigation cost and it is quantified Rs. 5,000/-. The cost shall be paid by the concerned respondent to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
