JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect (s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks on resumption of physical mode. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution story, the informant has lodged this case on 08.02.2019 against 14 accused persons and 20-25 other unknown persons stating that all the accused persons

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8432 of 2022(2) dt.29-06-2022 2/3 committed murder of his sister and disposed of her dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and no specific allegation has been attributed against her. The petitioner is lady and other accused person has been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9282 of 2020. The petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2021. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 359 of 2019, with a condition that the petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bond of the petitioner will liable to be
