2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the regular bail granted to Opposite Party no. 2 by a Learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61448/2019 in connection with Dawah P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019 registered under Sections 307/ 341/ 323/ 336/ 354/ 447/ 504/ 120B/ 147/ 148/ 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that O.P. No. 2 is the main assailant of the deceased.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6946 of 2020(2) dt.15-07-2026 2/2 as well as the materials available on record, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has failed to make out a case warranting cancellation of bail, hence, no ground is made out for interference with the order passed by this Court.
