The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barabar Paryatak P.S. Case No.100 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to be dealing with stolen motorcycle.

The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2023. Co-accused Vijay Chaudhary, who has confessed his guilt and named this petitioner, has been granted bail. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

No.15132 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Barabar Paryatak P.S. Case No.100 of 2023. 7.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Barabar Paryatak Police Station, District- Jehanabad on first Sunday of every month.
