2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, three unknown miscreants snatched the bag and scooty of the informant and fled away. It is further alleged that the bag contained Rs. 70,000/- cash, shop key, Aadhaar Card and other relevant documents.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that

Name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of confessional statement made by co-accused, namely, Rahul Kumar Yadav and the same has got no evidentiary value. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42268 of 2024.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Rudra Prakash Mishra, J) Rajorshi/- U T
