This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 307, 354, 380 and other allied sections of the Penal Code.

However, the role attributed to the petitioner that this petitioner said to loot the cock and fish of the shop of the informant and took away about rupees five thousand. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sheosagar P.S.
