The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his brother Rakesh Kumar and his wife assaulted the informant and his father. When the informant came, Rakesh Kumar and his wife started pelting stones on the father of the informant and father of the informant got injury on his head and he fell down.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the post-mortem report, it would appear that the deceased got one injury on his head. The husband of the petitioner is in jail and on account of single injury, the deceased died. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and
