The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 123 of 2020 registered under Sections 364 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated three co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 3360 of 2021 on 02.12.2021.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
