This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23640 of 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wanted to withdraw the anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner no.5 but instead of he has withdrawn the anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner no.4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner no.5 is permitted to be withdrawn.
Accordingly, the last paragraph of the order dated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7753 of 2022(2) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 23.12.2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 namely, Banasur Yadav, Bahadur Yadav, Dhoiyaa Yadav and Balindra Yadav, are granted anticipatory bail. The time granted to the petitioners to surrender in the learned Court below for furnishing bail bonds by order dated 23.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23640 of 2021 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
Accordingly, this modification application is allowed with the modification as above.
