1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) In the nature of Certiorari for quashing of the order dated 31/10/2023 (Annexure-6) passed in the Anganwari Revision Appeal Case No.:83/2020 passed by the Respondent No.3 (The Commissioner, Koshi Division, Saharsa) whereby and where under the order dated 25/02/2020 passed in Anganwari Appeal Case No.:01/2020 by the Respondent No.5 (The District Program Officer (I.C.D.S.), Supaul) which was rejected by the Respondent No.5 has been

(II) In the nature of certiorari for quashing of the Order dated 25/02/2020 (Annexure-5) passed in the Anganwari Appeal Case No.:01/2020 passed by the Respondent No.5 by which the application filed by the Petitioner againt the Order dated 11/12/2019 passed in Case no.:01/2019 has been rejected without considering the facts and circumstances of this case.

(III) In the nature of certiorari for quashing of the Order dated 11/12/2019 (Annexure-4) passed in the Case No.:01/2019 passed by the Respondent No.6 (The CDPO, Nirmali) by which the complaint filed by the Petitioner againt the Respondent No.7 has been rejected without considering the facts and circumstances of this case.

(IV) In the nature of mandamus for directing and commanding the Respondents to cancel the Selection of the Respondent no.7 and select the Petitioner on the Post of Anganwari Sevika at Center No.92, ward No.02, Gram Panchayat-Mauha, P.S. Nirmali, District:Madhubani."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having
