Petitioner apprehend her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of taking appointment on the post of teacher on the basis of forged certificate of TET.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is innocent and has not submitted any forged certificate. Petitioner has joined in the year 2013 and since then she is working and there is no complaint against her. It is further submitted that due to order passed in CWJC No. 15459 of 2014, the present case is instituted. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.6672 of 2020(2) dt.02-07-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending, in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 217 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C with following conditions:- (1)Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
(2) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and his/her absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his/her bail bond shall be cancelled by the court below.
(3) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioner. (S. Kumar, J) ranjan/- U
