2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 121/2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 30(a), 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the allegations made in the FIR, 60 litres of illicit liquor were recovered from a motorcycle without a number plate.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail. He submitted that petitioner has four criminal antecedents and most of the cases are under Excise Act.

6. Considering the past criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
