JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be availing the remedy of appeal against the punishment order dated 18.10.2016.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the impugned order of punishment dated 18.10.2016. In case the petitioner files an appeal within a period of three weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits and dispose of the same within a period of ten weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order after granting an opportunity of
